We are a licensed, non-medical elder care service provider and our nursing care as well home care services are specially designed for our patients and elders to enhance their quality of life.
Each member of our care givers team is carefully hand picked through a robust screening process that comprises detailed background check, proven professional experience and most importantly their ability to engage with patients with empathy as well as personal touch.
Our team is trained regularly on latest care giving methods as well as on ways to engage elderly patients through activities that help them while supporting patients and elders through their professional skill, dedication, commitment and purposeful focus on patient’s well-being.

Being self-sufficient and least dependence on people around the patient.
Each and every member goes through periodic background checks. Only those staff members can continue who pass all checks. Regular feedback from patients and the people around them for constant improvement.
Basic safety rules explained to all patients including handling of cash and valuables. Police verification and registration mandatory for all care givers.
Our care givers will adhere only to doctor’s instructions for medications and timings.
They will be responsible for providing food on time. Food to be prepared by patient’s family and provided on time. A professional cook can be hired through HOSPIRA CARE incase of need / requirement.
Maintaining hygiene around the patient will be the responsibility of the care giver. Home, room and infrastructure cleaning is the responsibility of the patient’s family. All medical and non-medical supplies to be provided by patient’s family well in advance.
Care giver will be coordinating with the family members for any specific requirement concerning the patient.
Food and basic needs of care giver to be provided by the family or the responsible parties for the duration of their stay with the patients.
A B. Com,BBA , MBA and post graduate in Hospital Administration. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of geriatrics. With a keen desire to help the aged, she has evolved into an active social worker with a zeal and belief in her vision that senior citizens deserve to be happy, healthy, respected and cared for. She heads the operations at Hospira Care along with the world class team.
Col Prasanna Kumar is an Army veteran with an MBA from IIM, Bangalore. He wears multiple hats of a serial Entrepreneur, a Corporate Trainer, a Motivational Speaker and divides his time between professional and social work. With over 30 years of work experience in various organizations, he brings organizational insights and strategic thinking to Hospira Care and is working to grow the network of establishments working in the field of Senior Citizens living.
Sindhu Nair has over two decades of experience in Business Development with major corporates, with the service sector industries. Experienced in creative ideation for a better exposure of the Brands. She has the ambition to achieve the best solutions not only for the companies that she worked for, but also for the clients who have dealt with her companies, to achieve a win-win for both.
A BA & MA in sociology, She runs Hastlekhaa, an institution aimed to change people's life through Handwriting Analysis and by giving Grapho- therapy. With over 12 years of experience in the field, she brings in her immense expertise in holistic care and healing.
The founder and Director of "Alpha Cosmix" ' Spiritual Healing & Research Centre' he brings in his expertise in past life therapy, counseling, numerology, color numerology, color therapy, siddha healing, pulse diagnosis, sujok therapy, bach flower remedy. He is certified reiki grand master and reiki healing practitioner.
